أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
Aʿūdhu bikalimātillāhit-tāmmāti min sharri mā khalaq
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. (Three times in the evening.)

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ … قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ … قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
Al-Ikhlās, Al-Falaq, An-Nās (three times each)
Recite the three protective surahs (Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Nas) three times each morning and evening — they suffice you against everything.
